You'll learn how to effectively mentor and assess instructor candidates, fine-tune your teaching skills, and deepen your understanding of the PADI educational system.
As an IDC Staff Instructor, you’ll not only be able to assist with IDCs but also independently teach and certify Assistant Instructors.
